    Vintage DOBBS Fifth Avenue NY Advertising Sample Ceramic Top Hat. This advertising TOP HAT is FROM DOBBS FIFTH AVENUE in New York. Unlike the felt hats that were used as sort of a gift card. This one is ceramic and was strictly an advertising item. The hat is in good condition. The finish shows fine crackling like older ceramics do. That said, there are no cracks or chips in the finish the logos inside the hat are just like the genuine examples. I am a retired antique collector and dealer who is downsizing and selling my personal collections. This has been with my advertising items since the 1980s. Condition is "Used".
